Production Supervisor - Day/Night Shift 

Advance Services inc. is hiring experienced Production Supervisor for the Northwest Houston "climate controlled" plant.
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the production area, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage large teams and coordinate workflow in a fast-paced supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in production and supply chain management, with the ability to drive performance and meet operational goals.

Shift is Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm with some overtime and weekend work as required unless otherwise previously approved to be off of work.  

Pay $25.00 - 28.00 per hour  
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead production teams to achieve daily targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.
  • Be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production supervision within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (ERP experience is a plus).

Location: Houston, TX 77040
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00/hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT/Weekends required)
