Document Development and Control. There are 3 positions available with a short description for each below.

Individual with strong experience in excel (building spreadsheets, creating dashboards, building efficiencies into spreadsheets and tracking), experience with Power BI Preferred.
Individual with focus on auto cad, drafting, document mark ups/redlines, experience working in Bluebeam is a must.
Individual with Document Control experience- ability to move documents from various systems into one location and develop effective control systems for organizing document structure and access.

Schedule: 7am-4:30pm, Mon-Friday. Hours may vary. Overtime may be required.
Wage: $27.00â$30.00 DOE

Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance activities throughout the facility, with limited direction.
Safely operate standard maintenance tools including hand tools, power tools, electrical tools, precision maintenance tools and preventative maintenance technologies.
Demonstrate working knowledge in one or more maintenance trades, including mechanical maintenance, pumps and piping systems, gearboxes, bearing and lubrication, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding, fabrication, pipefitting or basic electrical work.
Modify or interpret mechanical and/or electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals with guidance as needed.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and complete repairs to restore safe and reliable operation.

Knowledge of paint equipment and processes, which may include: paint gun, spray application equipment, paint booth equipment, electrostatic, titrations, powder coat, regular enamel paint application, proper viscosity and thickness, paint flow and pressure systems, and set-up/break-down of paint equipment.
Obtain complete coverage free from blemishes, runs, and sags while maintaining proper film build.
Perform coating repairs using hand tools and techniques, accepted touch-up painting application procedures, and applying top coat paints on parts previously while still in the wet coating stage without flaws.
Maintain equipment in a touch-up booth and decide the proper method and degree of rework needed to provide satisfactory finished units, parts, and assemblies.
Use masking tape, paper or other materials to mask off areas not requiring painting; emove masking after painting.
Monitor pressure in paint delivery system and check specific areas where paint tends to clog and change replaceable parts as directed.
Maintain accurate records.
Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions to proper supervision.
Meet or exceed production metrics as designated by the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the complete project lifecycle, including scheduling, material procurement, fabrication tracking, assembly as well as coordinate shipments as per customer requirements.

Develop, program, and optimize robotic welding applications using industrial robots such as FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa/Motoman, or KUKA.
Perform teach pendant and offline programming for new and existing robotic welding applications.
Develop, validate, and optimize weld parameters including voltage, amperage, travel speed, wire feed speed, shielding gas, and torch angles to maximize weld quality and productivity.

This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow by preparing components for painting, operating blasting equipment, handling materials, and ensuring accurate part identification and documentation. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Rate: $22/hr
Shift: 7:30pm - 6am, Sunday - Thursday
Essential Responsibilities

Maintain production assembly line pace by providing support throughout the paint process.
Hang and remove parts from the paint line conveyor system.
Prepare components and surfaces for painting through scuff sanding, minor defect repair, tacking, wiping, and other surface preparation techniques.
Operate scrapers, brushes, hand tools, pressure sprayers, hoists, overhead cranes, and other equipment as required.
Blast products to prepare surfaces for painting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

We are seeking skilled Tool & Die Makers for 2nd and 3rd shift to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair tooling used in manufacturing operations. This position requires the ability to interpret blueprints, plan machining operations, and work to extremely close tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and repair dies, fixtures, gauges, jigs, and special tooling
Fit and assemble components to tolerances of ±.001"
Set up and operate tool room equipment
Service, overhaul, and troubleshoot production stamping dies and tooling
Construct experimental tooling for new product and process development
Operate heat-treating equipment and furnaces
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications
Recommend tooling improvements and collaborate with engineering teams
Complete required documentation, inspection reports, and job records
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Experience in tool and die making, machining, or a related trade
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions
Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments and hand tools
Experience with tool room equipment setup and operation
Ability to troubleshoot and repair tooling in a production environment
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
