Job Description


Position: Welder – 1st & 2nd Shift (Entry-Level Welcome!)
Location: Columbus
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6am to 2:30pm

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm to 11pm

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour

Job Description:
We are currently hiring Welders for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to break into the skilled trades—no prior welding experience is required! We are willing to train dependable and motivated candidates who bring a strong and consistent work history.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks in a safe and efficient manner

  • Operate welding tools and equipment (training provided)

  • Read and follow basic blueprints or instructions

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • No previous welding experience necessary—training provided

  • Must have a solid, verifiable work history

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

  • Dependable with reliable transportation and attendance
