Job Description


Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift

URGENTLY HIRING!

Advance Services is looking for experienced welders, CNC machinists, and assembly/installers to work as manufacturing technicians!

 

Location: Sumner, IA
1st Shift: 6-3:30 Mon - Thu (6 - 10am on Friday)
3rd Shift: 8pm - 6am, Mon - Thu

Assembly & CNC Pay: $18-20/hr 
Welder Pay: $20-23/hr
 

Responsibilities - Welding (1st Shift):
  • Welding- Operate welding equipment to join, cut, shape metal components.
  • Blueprint Interpretation-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Responsibilities - CNC Machinist (3rd Shift):
  • Operating and programming machines to create precise parts and components
  • Blueprint Interpretation-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Responsibilities - Assembly and Installation (1st Shift):
  • Tool Operation- Utilize wire strippers, cutters, crimpers, pliers, drills, grinders, and table saws.
  • Quality Assurance-Inspect finished products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Blueprint Interpretation-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
