General Production - Sibley, IA
Monday–Friday, Saturdays could be required
Pay starting at $20/hour plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Shift Times:
Operate and Monitor Machinery:
Operate and monitor cheese drying, milling, and packaging equipment to ensure efficient production.
Ingredient Measurement and Mixing:
Measure and mix ingredients according to established formulas and quality standards.
Equipment Inspection and Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections and perform basic maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
Production Data Collection:
Collect and record key production data such as yields, moisture content, and batch tracking.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all processes comply with feed-grade safety regulations including FDA, AAFCO, and GMP standards.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned to support production goals and team operations.

IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED!
General Production - Sibley, IA
Monday–Friday, Saturdays could be required
Pay starting at $20/hour plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Shift Times:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM +$2 shift differential
- 3rd Shift: Midnight Monday – 8:00 AM +$3 shift differential

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in food processing, agriculture, or manufacturing is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in food production, feed manufacturing, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and feed safety standards highly desirable
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in environments with temperature variations, noise, and dust
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized procedures
- Ability to complete real-time documentation throughout the production process
