Job Overview:

The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, contributing to an efficient workflow, inventory accuracy and strict adherence to safety protocols. This position involves operating a forklift, communication with others, use of some technology, small tools and physical lifting.

Responsibilities:

· Operate a forklift safely and effectively.

· Move freight, stock or other materials to and from storage or productions areas.

· Assisting other departments as needed or completing other job duties as assigned.

· Team Collaboration & Safety
  • Adhere to company safety, sanitation, and workplace conduct policies.
  • Efficiently execute daily warehouse activities- including receiving, picking, packing and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Utilize SAP and/or other software tools to help track inventory movement, monitor workflow and address operational issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team to troubleshoot problems or issues that arise during warehouse operations and assist in implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review performance, discuss challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

· Communication & Leadership
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding operational needs and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic in all aspects of your role.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time and consistently lift 30lbs. to 75lbs.

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

· Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, spreadsheets, maintenance software).

· Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime as needed.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
