- Two years of prior Quality Control/Assurance experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Bilingual, Ability to speak English and Spanish, preferred.
Job Duties:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive job-related training courses for QC and blending technicians.
- Ensure all staff are well-trained in their roles and up-to-date with current best practice
- Review and assess the work of QC and blending technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform quality checks and audits on products and processes.
- Review sanitation practices and enforce compliance with sanitation requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Fill in for QC and blending technicians in case of absence to ensure continuous operations.
- Oversee daily operations of the blenders to ensure efficient and accurate blending processes.
- Conduct physical inspections of incoming raw materials to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with the receiving team to ensure proper documentation and storage of raw materials.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QC and blending processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- All other duties will be assigned.
Pay: 25.50-26/HR
