Production Line Workers

We are Hiring!

We are hiring Production Line Workers in the Caldwell, ID area! If you’re looking for a seasonal job and you enjoy agriculture, this position is for you!

Job Duties:
  • Inspecting and grading cherries based on their size, color, quality, and ripeness
  • Removing defective cherries and debris
  • Ensuring the cherries are packed and ready for distribution
  • Any other duties assigned by lead/supervisor

Pay: $12.30 an hour ($1.50 an hour bonus paid at the end of the season for 100% attendance)
Shift: Night Monday – Saturday
Hours: 7:00 pm – 5:00 am

Requirements:
  • Must wear work boots
  • Must have good eye coordination
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work long hours during peak season
  • Able to stand/walk long periods, and reach with hands and arms
