The Production Lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily production activities of the production staff. This key position within the production team will ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Our employees will be helping on their dry side of the production facility. Duties will include scooping product into pouches to be weighed to exactly 1 or 2 pounds. These pouches will then be packaged and moved along the line. Duties may also include stacking product in the boxes and palletizing. Attention to detail will be key.
