Oven Operator for Aluminum Products

Job Description

Job Description: Wrap aluminum products in a wood grain film to be placed in an oven which bakes on a wood grain pattern.
Duties:
  • Unwrap bundles of coated product
  • Clean while inspecting product for damages, scratches and any other defects.
  • Repeatedly lifting product from bundles to the conveyor belt for bagging operation.
  • Removing bagged product from conveyor belt and placing on oven trolley.
  • Remove all seams, lines or wrinkles from the bag, insuring a tight seal around the product for sublimation.
  • Place trolley into oven for baking process.
  • Remove bag from sublimated product.
  • Take sublimated product off the trolley and stack on carts for packing.
  • Keep a clean and organized work area.
 Skills needed but not limited to:
  • Able to lift / handle product repeatedly
  • Able to stand for 8 hours
  • To help in other departments when needed
  • Attendance is a strict adherence.
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Hand dexterity
