As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all seed mixing and order fulfillment tasks efficiently and safely. Your key duties will include:

Operating seed mixing equipment to process and prepare seed orders.

Filling, sewing, and stacking 50-pound bags of seed onto pallets.

Using forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks and trailers.

Operating conveyors, augers, and other seed handling systems.

Accurately recording inventory data in inventory management software.

Keeping the work area clean, including the floor and all mix floor equipment.
-
Assisting onsite customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Adhering strictly to safety, health, and company policies.

Performing other duties as assigned to support the team.
