Off Shift Supervisor

Hiring Immediately! 

Night shift hours
Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)

Ensure that an effective interface is provided on a continual basis, between Quality Management and its shifts.  Represent Panoramic, Inc. as a professional company committed to quality, integrity and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Supervise, train and direct the personnel within the department, while overseeing the achievement of total customer satisfaction. To contribute toward the overall effectiveness of the department, this to include the training and supervision of the Product Auditors. Effectively train, utilize and coordinate departmental resources to maximize machine time and quality, while minimizing scrap.
