FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN & GROUNDS KEEPER!

Job Description 

Advance Services has an immediate opening for a local Bi-Lingual facility maintenance tech!  Job duties will include helping to maintain residential properties and surrounding grounds. In this position you could be doing some painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing work as well as mowing, weed eating and other groundskeeping duties.  Apply with Advance Services today!

Wage: $18-$20/hr – Based on Experience 
Requirements: must have a valid Drivers License!
