We're Hiring: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Columbia, MO
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running? Do you enjoy working with your hands, tackling electrical challenges, and making sure equipment runs like clockwork? If so, we want you on our team!
Advance Services, is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to help keep our operation safe, efficient, and fully powered. You’ll be working on everything from machine maintenance to plant electrical systems—no two days are the same!
What You'll Be Doing:

Install and service all aspects of plant, including electrical equipment
-
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform general repairs
-
Keep our machines humming with preventative maintenance
-
Read blueprints and schematics like a pro
-
Help with welding, drilling, and milling as needed
-
Be a go-to for plant upkeep and improvements
-
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
-
1–2 years of maintenance experience (bonus if it’s in plastic injection molding!)
-
A strong work ethic and willingness to roll up your sleeves
-
A safety-first mindset and team spirit
