Job Description

Machine Adjuster

Hiring Immediately! 

Shift: 5:30AM-5:30PM 
Schedule: 3 days on/4 days off (rotating schedule)
Pay: $23.00/hr.


The Machine Adjuster is directly responsible for adjustment and calibration of converting machine mechanisms to job specifications while providing critical information and job-specific instructions to the Machine Operator, while monitoring all production and machine performance throughout job completion.

Duties/Responsibilities: 
-Set up converting machines to produce envelopes that match design specifications provided on the job tickets and artwork.
-Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, trouble shooting and machine adjustment.
-Effectively communicate to team members and support teams on incoming shift to ensure continuous production of product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
-Monitor the converting equipment during production runs to ensure quality and to maximize a high level of productivity.
-Demonstrate ability and willingness to work overtime. 

Requirements:
- Must be able to use a ruler to measure within 1/16th" inches.
- Able to lift 30+ pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds.
- Demonstrate reliability through attendance and ability to stay in work.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
