If you consider yourself a leader and have experience in metal finishing, we could have your next career opportunity! Advance Services is hiring a Metal Finishing Lead in Brooklyn Center, MN. The lead will be responsible for the daily operations within the Metal Finishing Department, including managing direct reports and following production schedules.

Job Duties Include:
  • Work with employees to make sure material processed through the metal finishing area is processed to standards.
  • Accomplish manufacturing results through employee communication, planning, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure that all product is properly identified.
  • Confirm that all products are correctly packaged and wrapped to prevent damage during transportation to the powder coating facility.
  • Oversee the safe use of equipment and PPE equipment.

Requirements:
  • Equivalent work experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate
  • Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to read and interpret measurements on drawings

Pay: $20 - $21/HR 
Shift: 1st; Monday – Friday 

Hours: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
