12hr Rotating Schedule
Pay depends on experience.


Advance Services, Inc is seeking a Lead Extrusion Technician to join our team with a leading plastics manufacturer in the Janesville, area! You'll be responsible to oversee extrusion production line, monitor the process, troubleshoot issues, train new employees, and ensure quality standards are met. Complies with all safety regulations and applies good judgement in safely performing all tasks. Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, temperatures and amounts, dimensions and flow of materials or ingredients. Operates controls to adjust machine functions, such as regulating air pressure or die gaps.
