Kitchen Blend Operator – *Food Handlers Card Required*

Advance Services Inc. has a new role available as a Kitchen Blend Operator located in North Las Vegas!

Job Description:
 
  • Will be working with Machine Kettles that stir and cook dry ingredients, pouring in dry ingredients as prompted by screen indicator.
  • Must be attentive and accurate when adding ingredients in the order specified on the paperwork provided for each mixture.
  • Will document steps, down time and any other necessary notes as directed.
  • Keep area clean at all times.
  • Report any malfunctions or errors immediately if ever something occurs.

Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Must have Current Food Handler Certification.
  • Food production experience required.
  • Ability to work with strong smells and dry/wet ingredients.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours or more.
  • Requires the ability to follow instructions, maintain Product Quality, there is heavy lifting of multiple 50 lbs bags of materials within our production Kitchens.
  • You will need to be able to do basic mathematics and calculations, make documentation clearly and be aware of food safety concerns and issues.
  • This is a critical position for Food Safety and Product Quality.


Starting Pay: $19.26 an hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
1:00pm to 9:30
Must be able to work OT when instructed by Company.
