A day-to-day look:
- Consists of answering the phone and replying to emails
- Recruiting applicants for interviews
- Completing Hiring Process
- Promoting policies of the company
- Complying with safety protocols
- Able to handle all employee and client needs that may arise
- Creating job postings online
- Having exceptional oral and written communication skills is necessary for interacting with candidates and potential clients.
- Being organized, planning ahead, and decision making are key factors
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish/English Required
