General Manager Packaging Plant

Job Description 

Advance Services is seeking an Experienced General Manager for a plastics packaging facility near the Pasadena and Deer Park area

The general manager is responsible for overseeing operations, maintenance and commercial standards for a plastics packaging plant. The customer service manager, operations manager and maintenance manager will report to the general manager and communicate regarding production, customer communication and maintenance for the operations. 

Must be proficient with proven experience in quality, reliability, IT and Project Management. Will work a dynamic schedule and manage up to 200 employees in total on various shifts. 

Pay $115,000 - $150,000 annually 

Job Requirements   

10+ years experience in packaging, elevated knowledge in maintenance and operation standards for plastics packaging. 

Excellent attendance
