Field Worker

Looking for a new job? Advance Services can help!
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Field Worker to join our team. The Field Worker will perform various tasks on-site, often outdoors, to support operations, production, or service delivery. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Job Duties:

  • Perform manual labor and assist with field operations as directed

  • Operate hand tools, machinery, or equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

  • Load, unload, and transport materials or equipment as needed

  • Assist with setup and cleanup of work areas or job sites

  • Perform inspections and basic maintenance of tools and equipment

  • Work in various weather and environmental conditions

  • Report issues, hazards, or malfunctions to supervisors promptly
Pay: $17.00-$17.25/hr.
Hours: 6:00 am-2:30 pm
Day: Mon-Fri
