Job Description


FSQA Technician – 2nd Shift | $21.50/HR 

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FSQA Technician to strengthen our food safety and quality assurance programs. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert on all FSQA matters—driving daily compliance, leading root-cause investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to protect consumers and our brand. You’ll work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, and management teams to design systems, train personnel, and continuously improve processes in accordance with USDA, FDA, and customer requirements. 


The ideal candidate brings a minimum of one year of experience in a QA/food safety generalist role with supervisory experience in a food manufacturing/production environment. Has knowledge of laws and regulations relating to: General QA, USDA, FDA, Food Safety Audits, labeling, microtesting, GMP and SSOP programs. Ability to work well with others with diverse backgrounds and at various organizational levels.  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver professional services. Must have the ability to work well both independently and in teams and  have the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
