Customer Service Rep
Urgently Hiring
1st Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Overview: We are currently seeking candidates for our Customer Service Representative role in the Beloit, WI area with a Leading Wholesaler for the Convenience Store Industry!

Job Duties:
- taking customer orders over the phone
- able to make cold calls
- entering orders into our system
- data entry
- must be able to become knowledgeable about our products and business

Job Requirements:
- proficient working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- must have good phone skills
- ability to troubleshoot and multi-task
- data entry into a database of computer software
- sufficient with online/website usage
