What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email with professionalism and accuracy
- Troubleshoot order issues and ensure timely resolution
- Create and manage parts quotes with precision
- Support our Inside Sales Team, Outside Sales Team, and Market Development Managers
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements and revise orders as needed
