Job Description
Advance Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative Manager to join its team in Baytown, TX.
The CSR Manager will be primarily responsible for managing a team of 10-15 CSRs for accounts in the plastic packaging industry, nationally and internationally. Will be a primary contact for customer communication regarding inventory, shipments, packaging, rework and all other communication. Will work closely with senior management, operations and production to ensure the best customer service. Must be a clear and precise communicator paying attention to details as well as be in tune with cultural differences as it pertains to communicating with foreign customers.
Pay Rate $35.00-$45.00 per hour depending on years of experience in the industry
