· Field calls from customers placing orders, or inquiring about existing order status
· Provides customers and distributors with quotes/proposals
· Enters sales orders into the system
· Communicates in writing via email status updates to customers
· Generate and complete Quotes / Proposals
· Sends customers order confirmations
· Support team members during high peak/high volume call days
Skills and Qualifications:
· 1 year minimum experience
· Steady, progressive work history
· Efficient in utilizing a CRM system and use of Microsoft office
· Excellent communication skills - has poise on the phone!
· Upbeat team player who loves to "win"
· Bilingual
