Advance Services is hiring for a Customer Service Analyst to join its team in Houston, TX. This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service for Global customers in North America, South America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Customer service activities include:
Communication with customers, order entry, processing and technical description, schedule and realization of shipments, meet customer requirements in all aspects, and resolution of problems. Acting liaison between plant, Global sales offices and external customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service preferred. Experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. Must be familiar with SAP and T Codes
