Construction Laborer
Monday – Friday | Saturdays as Needed
Hours Vary Day to Day ~ Spencer, IA
Pay: $17+/hour DOE

Monday – Friday | Saturdays as Needed
Hours Vary Day to Day ~ Spencer, IA
Pay: $17+/hour DOE
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks on construction sites in various weather conditions.
-
Clean work areas and remove debris to maintain a safe environment.
-
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
-
Dig trenches, compact earth, and assist with piping installations.
-
Use hand tools and assist with concrete and site prep as needed.
-
Shovel dirt, gravel, or concrete during construction projects.
-
Operate or assist in operating heavy equipment such as backhoes and excavators (preferred but not required).
-
Follow safety guidelines and directions from supervisors.
-
Perform additional duties as assigned based on project needs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Valid driver’s license required.
-
Previous construction experience preferred but not required – willing to train the right candidate.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy materials.

Willingness to work flexible hours and Saturdays as needed.

Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented.
