Job Description

Burrito Production Breaker – 1st Shift | $/HR

Advance Services Inc. is seeking a Burrito Production Breaker to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. In this role, you will monitor the roller production process and provide scheduled break relief to burrito line production workers. You will work closely with the Burrito Line Lead to rotate positions as needed, ensuring production continues smoothly and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities include setting up tortilla separation equipment, assembling components according to specifications, and manually rolling burritos to precise standards. You will be proactive, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with teammates to maintain seamless operations. A strong understanding of food processing techniques, Site Operating Procedures (SOPs), and USDA regulations are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of food-processing techniques, SOPs, and USDA regulations. They must have solid communication skills for effective teamwork and basic mechanical aptitude to support equipment operation. This role requires working safely and efficiently in a hot, fast-paced environment. Candidates should be reliable, flexible with scheduling, and proactive in maintaining safety and quality standards. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, working in humid and cold conditions, and functioning effectively in a loud production setting. Accuracy in completing batch records and compliance paperwork is essential.
