Job Description

Immediately Seeking! Journeyman Electrician
Monday – Friday | Overtime as Needed
1st Shift ~ Spencer, IA
Pay: $DOE
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality electrical work for commercial, residential, dock power, new construction, and service projects.

  • Collaborate effectively with project contractors and project managers to ensure job success.

  • Supervise and mentor apprentices and electrician helpers, ensuring adherence to safety and work standards.

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively on all job sites.

  • Adapt quickly to project changes and evolving work environments.

  • Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant electrical experience required.

  • Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide others.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Committed to safety, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship.
