Job Description

We are hiring for Accounts receivable clerk
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
1-2 Years of experience in Accounts Receivable
QuickBooks and excel experience
Strong phone and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Description:
  • Generate and send customer invoices
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
  • Maintain Accurate records
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding billing issues
  Monday thru Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
 Pay $13.00
Weekly pay.
