Account Representative

Job Duties:
  • Manage incoming phone call.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts, nd file document.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
  • Follow up with previous customers.
  • All other duties will be assigned.

Pay: $15/HR base pay plus commission 
Shift 1st; Monday – Friday
Hours: 8am – 5pm
OT as needed during peak times
