Job Duties:
- Manufacturing and remanufacturing of UX Traction Motor Combo components for the facility.
- Utilize manual and automated production equipment, cranes, sit-down forklifts, and various hydraulic, or pneumatic tools to complete responsibilities following in-house manufacturing and quality procedures to ensure all products meet specified requirements.
- Inspect work components to internal inspection criteria for compliance with quality and engineering requirements utilizing fixtures, precision measuring devices, and/or testing protocols.
- Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
- Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
- Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
- Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
- Sign off on process documentation for each of the work steps performed.
- Process components in compliance with internal processing requirements
- Maintain acceptable defect rates.
- Operate both fork trucks and overhead cranes per OSHA guidelines.
- Work and cooperate well on a team to meet objectives.

- Work to improve 5S within the work cell using continuous improvement and kaizen tools.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Flow Leader, Team Lead, or any management team member.
- Support and comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations.
Experience Required:
- Manufacturing, Production, and Assembly of Mechanical parts and components.
- Sit-down forklift and Overhead Crane operations. The company certifies on-site per company regulations.
- Knowledge of manual and electric tools, wrenches, electric drills & drivers, pneumatic tools, tap & dies, sockets, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Transferable experience may be considered depending on related experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to be timely, efficient, diligent, and SAFE at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
Starting Pay:
1st shift = $19.00 P/H
2nd shift = $20.00 P/H
3rd shift = $20.00 P/H
Work Schedule:
1st shift = 5:30am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday
2nd shift = 2:30pm to 11:30pm Monday to Friday
3rd shift = 9:30pm to 6:00am Monday to Friday
Orientation for all shifts are scheduled from 10:00am to 6:30pm.
3rd shift will train for 2 weeks from 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday to Friday before starting the official 3rd shift work schedule.
