3rd Shift Production Operator
Pay: $21.00
Location: Chicago, IL
Third Shift: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM
Overtime available after shift as needed

About the Role: Advance Services, Inc. is hiring dependable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. Employees in this role are responsible for setting up, starting, and operating machinery while ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and ISO standards. Duties include weighing and loading ingredients, monitoring equipment for safe and efficient operation, troubleshooting processing issues, and maintaining accurate production documentation. Operators will also perform machine cleaning, quality checks, and participate in continuous improvement and training activities. This position requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, start, and operate production machinery following all safety and ISO standards

  • Weigh, measure, and load ingredients or materials according to specifications

  • Monitor equipment and production processes for safe and efficient operation

  • Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues as needed

  • Perform machine cleaning and routine maintenance

  • Inspect materials to ensure quality and conformance to standards

  • Accurately complete logs, reports, and production data entries
