Industrial Maintenance
Advance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join a well-established chemical production warehouse in the Channelview area. Will be responsible for all regular and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform preventative/predictive maintenance to all production equipment as required
Complete electrical and mechanical projects
Initiate and complete all other jobs, projects and special assignments as directed by management
Ensure compliance of all Company policies
Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and recommend measures to improve health and safety
Work within a team environment and interact with all areas of production effectively
Repair and replace electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components such as motors, relays, timers, types of switches, and motor controls.
Mechanical aptitude/ interest
High degree of attention to detail, precision and follow through
Be able to conceive and manage small projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience with strong problem-solving skills Preferred
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment with multiple priorities
Pay $18.00-$25.00 Hourly
