Job Description

Day Shift Position in Kansas City, MO! 
The Facilities Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and facility operations support. This role plays a key part in ensuring the facility is safe, compliant, and functioning at peak efficiency. This position may also require you to assist with inventory, and provide hands-on support for company events, trainings, and trade shows. We are seeking candidates with solid, reliable work history and previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
Pays: $23-$25/hr. based on experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and routine facility upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and fully operational.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Prepare materials, equipment, and supplies for distribution, events, and project needs.
  • Set up, break down, and support trade shows, training sessions, and in-house events.
  • Organize event materials, equipment, signage, and logistics.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and coordination during events.
