.Customer Service Rep – Day Shift- Starting at $20/hour
Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative
The CSR will primarily support outside sales representatives, but lend support to the Inside Sales team as needed. The CSR will also be responsible for tracking shipments, process damaged freight claims, inventory management, and office functions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of customer service, have strong time management skills, be able to effectively communicate with customers and other team members, handle multiple tasks at the same time while delivering excellent customer service.
