Job Description

Admin Assistant II

Openings: 1

Start: ASAP

Shift: 1st (part time)

Schedule: M-F 7a-12p (Temp to Hire - FT)

Reporting Supervisor: Katherine

Pay Rate: $19.00

PPE required: Vest/ Steel toe shoes (recommended but not an immediate priority)

Heavy/Light: Light

Position summary:

Handle incoming calls and visitors, determining which inquiries can be redirected to managers or other departments.
Provide administrative and clerical support to management, including filing personnel records.
works under general supervision of General Manager/Office Sup.
provide courteous, responsive, and accurate information to associates on company policies, practices, and operations.
Process weekly payroll records
Operate office equipment including fax, copier, printer, and laminating machines.
Conduct orientations
performs additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Customer service experience
Data entry experience
Organizational skills
Quick learner
Orientation facilitation
Bilingual
Database experience
Attention to detail: Ability to read, understand, and follow directions, instructions & safety rules
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Beeline /Kronos/oracle system experience preferred not required
